From Paralysis, Spetic gangrenous appendicitis and 15  TBI's including 3 Tia strokes, 3 bouts of encephalitis and multiple concussions and survive it all , including homelessness , not ones but twice , while I lived in my car in the freezing , cold , living out of my suitcase for 600 days.

What's the Difference between coaching and consulting ?

Business Coaching is very similar to Management Consulting. In fact the two complement each other perfectly.

My name is Brenton Tyler Hoffmann

I came into the world sick with a rare blood infection, at the age 7
I was diagnosed with Severe ADHD & Learning disabled, held back in kindergarten twice & Put in special education for my entire educational life.

I have endured & survived 13 long years of horrific Child abuse and have been badly bullied and beat up by gangs, had guns put in my face & even have been chased with knives by one of my stepdads. To escape the pain, my friends & I would sneak out at 2 am and walk the train tracks tagging on walls & trains.
My Life was "The Real Stand By me"


I have endured & suffered 30 years of debilitating depression & bone-crushing anxiety enough to completely disable & cripple the strongest of men.

Throughout my life I have endured, & overcame Paralysis from the neck down after shattering my c6 vertebrae from a major car accident on Thanksgiving day 1998 and miraculously 12 hours later, I walked away after the Doctors told me I
I would never walk again & I did it without any Surgery or Physical therapy.

I Endured & Survived one of the worst cases of Gangrenous Appendicitis and peritonitis at the age of 26, battle with Late Stage Chronic Lyme Disease for many years, suffered a TBI stroke at the age of 32, & almost died twice from "Hypokalemia" Low Potassium.


Throughout my life, many friends of mine have died, lost the love of my life twice, countless job loss and relationships gone bad, & been ridiculed and betrayed by people that mattered most. One night I was dying in my bed and when I thought things couldn't get any worse, they did. I was betrayed by my own family; I lost my Home of 14 years & lived in my car in the freezing cold living out of my suitcase for nearly 500 days.


However, nothing could stop me from living my dream. So during that time, I dedicated time to working on my heart and mind while paying it forward feeding the Homeless while Homeless, even sharing my meals with them while getting to know their stories.


Being Homeless was the turning point of my life. It was right there in that moment —homeless and all alone that I decided enough was enough and there had to be more to life, than a life of suffering.

Through my relentless perseverance, persistence, and patience, I kept going not even death could stop me. Eventually, I turned my life around, Got a new home, went from terrible credit to tier one, met my amazing success coach, & learned how to eliminate disempowering beliefs from my subconscious mind.


Shortly after working with my coach I reconnected with my mother and brother after years of not seeing them after an unfortunate event. I learned from EZ and JT Foxx the power of Branding & started to properly brand & build my consulting & coaching company while helping others have success in all areas of their lives.

My Life Purpose & mission is to inspire as many people as humanly possible, to keep going no matter what, & help others find & live their true purpose, & continue to create a Ripple Effect & hopes that the Ripple effect lives on way after I am gone.

No matter what your current circumstance or situation may be, Just know there is always a way out of what you are stuck in. You can overcome anything and I don't care how big it is even if it's death itself.
